How you like to be described as the friend of God? Jesus being God with us, came to make it possible for all who will come to him to be His friend and be the Father's friend. Abraham became God's friend with a wonderful trusting relationship. When God said "Go" he went. When God said "sacrifice" he did with  all trust. Are you a friend of God? You can be!

Has opportunity ever knocked on your door? If so, were you ready to answer?  Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me (Revelations 3:20, NKJ).

What is the Jubilee? How can I experience it?

When God created all things, with man he created in his image. Man did not reflect his image. Nor did Israel reflect and show His image as He intended. But his Son came to earth and showed all the image of God perfectly in all things. He gave us an opportunity to go back to God, follow Him, and be in the image that he has created us for. Are you following Him and wearing His image?

What does it mean to be created in God's image? What does that mean exactly?

Genesis 1 shows us the origins of all things. In the 26-28 versus, God tells us we were created in " the Image of God and his likeness." What does that mean? For what purpose did He make us and why in his likeness? Can the people around us see God's likeness in us? Are you living according to His purpose?

The Prodigal son decided he was ready to embark on his own and leave his Father and family to experience life the way he wanted to. He enjoyed the wasteful and sinful life for a while but soon found himself in a position  wanting food and no more of his inheritance. Have you ever felt or done what this son did? You can come home to your Father God just like he did.

Has someone ever betrayed you or your trust? Have you ever betrayed someone? Like Judas, we all betray Jesus when we sin against Him and disobey His word. Jesus told His disciples, which applies to us, “If you love Me, keep My commandments (John 14:15 NKJV). 

Jesus bound Satan with His death, burial, and resurrection! As a soldier of Christ we can fight and win the battle with His might! Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world! Be strong and courageous, and do not be afraid! Are you a soldier of Christ? You can be!

Although many churches struggle with growth today, in it's humble beginnings, the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved (Acts 2:47). If you want to be saved and you are looking for a good church home, please contact us.

If Jesus wrote you a letter that said, “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot (Revelation 3:15, NKJ). Like Thomas, at times, we all may have doubts about our faith. “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him” (Hebrews 11:6). At times, we may feel like there is something wrong with us. One reason for this feeling is,  For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). In a world filled with pessimism, Jesus is the ultimate optimist, looking forward to the cross and the glory that awaited Him.
