2017 South Bay Workshop. The Mission we all have is that of seeking and saving the lost. Jesus gave us that mission, but left it to al disciples to continue the mission and spread his message as far as wide as we can. To be a mission-minded church is to be completely focused on saving those that we can reach.

We all interact with people everyday. Whether we know it or not, we impact them in someway. we must decide if that impact will be positive or negative for them and for us. The best way to impact them positively is through our faith in God.

Jesus is the reason for this season. During this season, Jesus wants to know what we think about him. How we view Jesus in our lives says volumes about how we truly live our lives for God.

The greatest gift mankind ever received was Jesus living on this earth. The example he provided is the only thing that will truly sustain us all. We need to have the courage to accept this gift and alter our lives accordingly.

We have many "moments" throughout each day. God can use any one of these moments for many different reasons. So often, we need to look at things through God's perspective to see how he will choose to use that moment. Accepting that, we can see the true purpose of how God wants to truly use that moment

Supervisors often micromanage, but Jesus is all about calling people to follow his example. He wants us to want to follow him. With that, he is able to use us to reproduce the love he showed his people. His goal was to help people understand the power of his truth and we can change the world through sharing our faith with others.

Jesus' whole ministry was about showing people how to truly server God. He trained the twelve apostles and provided them with the tools to reach the world. With his last words, he called them to share his message with the world and reach out to all the lost souls of the world.

Consecration and Impartation. Essentially being real and legitimate with God and spreading His message to all around us. True discipleship is necessary for being close to God and sharing our faith with others is the best way to help build God's kingdom.

Changing the world is not an easy task. Many have claimed to have the right plan, but were unable to deliver. Only Jesus was able to present the necessary steps to make that a reality. He started it all by associating with and selecting those that would carry on his message. Are you willing to answer the call?

We hear from two brothers and a sister that have had to deal with racism in their lives and how it shaped them and their views. Additionally, they discuss how God and his love helped them deal with the hurts.

Even in 2016, racism is still a part of our society today. People are judged by their skin color and ethnic background. God created all races, nationalities, socio-economical class, etc. He wants all of us to be judged by the standards of Jesus and the bible, rather than how we were born.

Poverty can be a difficult topic to talk about. It is too easy to get cynical about it or think that the problem is too big to conquer. God makes all things possible and his heart for taking care of the poor is well versed. We must strive to have the same heart

Drugs are a pervasive problem in society today. So many people are addicted and can't break out of the cycle. The only thing that will truly fill the feeling that the drugs bring is the power of God and his love.

Anger is something every experiences from time to time. For many, it can control their actions and lead to all sorts of problems. Anger is often a result of insecurity, pride, fear, or many other feelings. Anger itself is not bad, but its how we react in this anger that can lead us to sin. We need to keep our anger in check and ensure it is only for righteous reasons.

Pornography is rampant in today's society. It is one of the largest and most profitable businesses. Addiction to it is the most dangerous part. Pornography distorts people's idea of reality in relationships. Jesus is the way out for all people. Only He can fill the the whole that people try to fill up with porn.

In our present chaos of election time, it can be hard to know what to believe or who to trust. With all politics aside, we know that God's message never changes. We can always trust in his power and authority. He will never lead us down the wrong path

What is our Mission as disciples? God's whole plan for us is to use our lives to reach out to others. Many of us have talents in various areas. We need to use those talents to help others know God.

Wade Cook, newly appointed VP for US operations with HOPE worldwide provides us with a powerful message regarding the work that HOPE is doing in our country, but also all around the world.

Several teens shared about their experience at Teen Camp and how it impacted their lives. Dustin ends everything with a short lesson about David and Goliath, playing off the camp theme of Impossible and how, what seems impossible to us, is completely possible with God.
