I try to avoid the Covid-19 talk as much as I possibly can, but it’s unavoidable. And frankly this isn’t my best episode. After about a month away, I’m back!! Did you miss me?! Bet you didn’t! But I’m back talking Canada’s big win at the World Juniors, coupled with a lot of prospect talk and a lot of Oilers talk!

You’ll never believe this, but I talk a LOT on the Philip Broberg pick. Bet you couldn’t have guessed that! Why it might work, why it might not, why the Oilers had zero need for a defenceman, why I don’t like the job Sportsnet does, why I liked some teams picks, why I didn’t like some teams picks, why the Oilers should pick certain kids today in rounds 2-7, lots of questions answered!

2 and a half hours?!?! Maybe I should do these a little more often so I don’t ask people to take a full day to listen to these!! It was done in 3 sections though. Ken Holland is likely the next GM of the Oilers? And now it sounds like Dave Tippett could be his head coach? I have very mixed feelings on this and I lay them out in this impromptu edition of the podcast!

Basically, it’s in the title! I review the completely crazy 1st round of the 2019 Stanley Cup playoffs.
