The simple and yet life changing truth of John 1:35-51 is that friends tell friends about Jesus. As believers we need to always be looking to connect people to Jesus through probing relationships. In other words, building bridges of grace that can support gospel conversations.

When you are truly captured by something, you can't shut up about that thing. That is because we talk about what is important to us. — Jesus' glory shines through those who have been captivated by Him as they describe Him from a deep personal knowledge and from a life-changing personal experience.

We give others the best view Jesus when we make little of ourselves.

Jesus is the ultimate incarnation of God’s exceeding kindness to mankind…therefore, the more we enjoy His face, the more we receive His grace!

Jesus is the true light but at times we trade the true light for counterfeits. In this sermon Pastor Mike explains the different ways people respond to Jesus the light who gives life.

Why did John write his gospel? First, to convince unbelievers of the worthiness of Jesus. Second, to remind believers of the worthiness of Jesus. What we find from the onset of this book is that Jesus answers life's most troubling questions.

What we think about as believers is very important. What we think about will determine the way we respond to the circumstances of life. This is especially true when we are faced with anxiety. But we can stand from in the face of anxiety when we pray, think, and act.

He is Mine by Faith. We appropriate Jesus' salvation by faith. In this message Pastor Mike takes a closer looks at what saving really is.

Timothy was a cathedral not a sandcastle but how did this happen? He was a cathedral because he believed. He believed because he was taught. He was taught by those who believed. The sowing of God's word by trusted sowers makes cathedrals out of kids.

We were the ones who destroyed our relationship with God and yet he is the one looking to restore us back to him. God desired to make us righteous even when we were persistent on pursuing unrighteousness. The amazing truth of the gospel is that God personally bears our punishment and makes us righteous by clothing us in his OWN righteousness.
