STC releases a spin-off publication to promote Sega's upcoming fighting game, convinced it's going to be the thing to take down Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat.

STC blows a big raspberry in its trousers in this deeply regrettable spin-off pamphlet best left in the past. But we said we'd do it, so we have to.

Super Sonic becomes somehow ordinary, Wiz 'n' Liz is somehow panned, "football" loses the match and the Multi-Mega fails to take hold, and then Tails surprises us all with a big twist. It's the most thrilling episode of STCTP ever!!

Dave is a right pugil stick in the conclusion to Sonic's first two-parter this issue. Also we get our first review of SONIC THREE, and knock-knock, who's that in the News Zone?? Plus, the Eternal Champions smash their way into their own strip!
