Summer starts here, with a surprise from Sonic's ancestor, Bravehog. Back luck for the Spice Maidens, Stein joins Dave in reliving his childhood, Sonic blasts Portmeirion, Chris talks about Batman Forever, and Dave talks about Fanfics Incessantly.

A bumper episode this fortnight (because Dave's been on holiday and had half the usual time to trim it down), but it's bumping with goodies: Sonic meets a Drakon and goes to Portmeirion, spinner toys, Action-Men, Doozers, and adolescent woes.

We're all plunged into some classic STC game adaptation at the moment with more Flickies' Island. Plus! Igor goes nice in Decap, Amy & Tekno become scouse mums, and it's a close shave with the bigger boys in the Diary Zone!

FLICKY'S ISLAND! Another game adaptation begins this fortnight! Also! The Spice Maidens set sail, the Decappers watch footy (don't even play it!) and what's that falling out of the sky? It's Dick! PLUS! Young Dave figures out how to write music on PC.

A butler tries to pour a tea and explodes, the Spice Maidens are actually quite good, Robotnik's got sycophants kissing his "nose", Tails is a cool dude, and something lovely happens in the fanart page, but you won't find out what 'til the end of the ep!!

In which we have a very silly argument, and spend nineteen full minutes failing to describe something that isn't quite a maze. But YOU'll be a maze! d, that is! By another episode of Sonic the Ponic the Bomic.

WITH SPECIAL GUESTS NIGEL KITCHING & RICHARD ELSON! We had to do something special, didn't we? Sonic the Comic the band joins me, Chris and some "surprise" guests for this hunky-chunky celebration episode. It's the biggest STC ever went.

What did you watch on Saturday mornings? It's live! It's kicking! It's SM:TV...! It's the last epic buildy-uppy episode before the big one-oh-countem-oh. Sonic flings a bomb over Mobius, Robotnik has another lever, and Young Dave gets on the internet.

The revolution begins as Lew gives a call to action! Dave finally earns Chris' respect and loses it again! Two dangerous boys hack into a TV channel, only to play their normal content anyway! It'll make you come undone!

After a few episodes of grumbling from the pod-Humes, we hit an issue that's banger after banger after banger. Inter-strip continuity, stakes, mature characterisation - but why? Why are all the strips ramping up, and towards what? Hmmmmm!

We usually basically agree about STC don't we? Well not today, bub! One of us hated it, one of us loved it, and if you've been paying attention you'll guess which is which. But which way is your toast buttered? Oh yeah, also: our oldest-mannest derail yet

Newborn Jolene joins us (finally) for Amy & Tekno's first strip together as the team strengthens without Sonic. Er...? Also: Q is for Question, Q is for Query, and Q is for Quitting. (Not us. We're not quitting. But something is!! Can you guess what???)

Merry Christmas, Boomers! Either you're doing your last wrapping or it's all over, your Argosses are all wrung and you've made your way through stocking after stocking after stocking. Now it's time to relax with us and look towards New Year 1997.

Yuuuu-el! It's tinsel time, Boomers, which means we can eat Heroes just for one day. So we've stuffed your stockings with all sorts of fun this fortnight. What have we got, we've got "Insect-Guy," we've got hot babes, Father Christmas, everything. Ho!

Hard men cannae abide thy milky drinks, but they can just about manage a pack of Haribo. Plus we find out we're being very mean about the literal nicest man alive, and we change our minds about Charmy.

It's distressingly late in 1996, and the boys are getting excited about Sonic in 3D. Dave lies to a teacher because the truth is too silly, Charmy reveals his big secret to a disinterested hater, and Owen dislikes good things.

I can't be bothered to write a description for this one! Yeah! I can just decide to do that! How will you know what's in it now? Well, you'll have to listen to it obviously. What harm could that do? Eh? Find out: inside!

Due to a microphone gaffe we've had to do some reconstruction work on this episode. See if you can hear the enhancements with just your own bare ears and claim your audiophile crown. Chris also has a crown! The tooth will out! There's Sonic comics an all.

Another CONRTOVERSIAL issue this episode, we get the low-down on the time they tried to [unalive] Knuckles the Echidna. Plus! We drift off during an advert! Dave falls over backwards! It's Sonic! Yeah!

This is the episode where Tails is handed a sniper rifle and invited to take out Robotnik. It did really happen, and this is the issue. Also, it's a bit of a general shambles of an issue production-wise. Also: Fun online! The same cheats as last issue!

Dave and Chris make exciting observations about the cover, Chaotix lose their Tardis, mobsters turn on children for a Skittles ad campaign, and Dave exercises what Chris calls his "unrestrained horniness".,
