taking the moog model 15 on iPad for a spin this evening. going for rich and ethereal ambience. honestly it was a 15 minute jam i just evolved through feel and intent...

I wanted to get a little bit more familiar with BeatMaker 3, so I took one of their demo tracks and made it my own...so far the new version of BM3 is turning out to be an essential tool in the arsenal...

Testing out some new AudioDamage AU fx...just think of it as noodling to find something interesting :)

Spent the day at the ocean beach in SF, and felt charged up to make something which evoked motion and energy.

After a couple weeks of vacation, this piece just came out of nowhere...I ventured out into some new directions and spaces which really surprised me.

I think I was channeling my inner Aphex Twin on this one...really fell in love with the dissonance and crackling going on in the piece.

We were flying somewhere over Arizona or New Mexico when we spotted this massive wild fire in the mountains...and I just felt something sad yet hopeful in the experience...it was a strange feeling...the smoke and fire seemed to be in a remote place, and the smoke plume was immense, and it just made me feel so small and helpless, but somehow witnessing all from above just sparked a fire in my heart...

Another piece in which I summoned my inner Aphex to create something hypnotic and revelatory...or at least attempt to. :)

Take this one as a Love Song to my Beloved...was trying for grit, noise and harmony all wrapped in a bit of emotional longing...
