This week we speak to Dustin Hysmith, the president of the Sheet Metal Worker's International Association; Local Union No. 16. Keith and Bobby wanted to have a conversation about unions, and Dustin was kind enough to educate and elucidate.

It's been a full year since Keith got suckered into being a member of the program. We celebrate this in lieu of Christmas.
