We've all been there: at the end of ourselves where we no longer feel like we can move forward. Where is God in the midst of this experience? We look to the life of Elijah in 1 Kings 19 to see how God uses these experiences in our lives to prepare us to receive Him more fully. Our invitation to practice this week is to grow in emotional awareness so we can meet God fully in these moments.
