Emily Moran: Look for the Good 30.07.2022

Coming from her Jeep at the beach, Emily talks with me about making life choices with intention, her philosophy to “look for the good,” and what the passing of her dad has taught her about living & loving well 🖤 Show Emily some love/check out her work! @emilymorann on Instagram and https://linktr.ee/emily.moran :)

Make Your Offers Accessible 25.07.2022

What banana bread and babysitting taught me about making more genuine and accessible offers. Thanks for listening! Instagram: @theearlyrobyngetstheworm

Gabrielle Wilson: Dreams with a Purpose 21.07.2022

Join me and my dear friend Gabrielle Wilson on a "walk" through a campsite in France as we discuss her post-high school journey to Europe, what it has taught her about living a more full life, and the goodness of God-given desires. Thank you, my lovely French (b)Elle!

Alyssa Lam: Home is Where the Heart is 15.07.2022

Welcoming Alyssa, my okay friend who has a surprising amount of wisdom... kidding! You don't want to miss this albeit chaotic-banter-filled conversation on how moving has shaped our friendships and perspective on the concept of "home." It's where the heart is... be it in a location, time, or even a person. <3 Thank you Alyssa! See you soon as my new cohost!

Be the First Person 11.07.2022

Join me in two versions of a sauna today as I discuss how being the first to welcome someone goes a long way... speaking from experience! Thanks for listening. Really. :) IG - @theearlyrobyngetstheworm

The Importance of Being YOU 09.07.2022

"Be yourself" - cliche, but true! I am always comparing my strengths to others' and wishing I was someone else... but we were all created for a unique purpose here on Earth. Let Taylor Swift be Taylor Swift, an eye be an eye, and even a (Mr.) Zero be a hero. Thanks for listening :)

There is No Right Answer... but There ARE Wrong Ones 08.07.2022

I've been learning that life isn't a formula-- there is no "right answer" to do/be something in particular, but there ARE paths to get there that take self-awareness and wisdom to recognize as wrong for you. I encourage you to "put your foot in the door" and try everything... but don't force yourself to walk in a shoe that doesn't fit! Better input = better output :)

Reflections on my 2(ish) Years in Korea 06.07.2022

Fun fact: I am literally sitting on the airport runway in Korea as I post this, about to take off! Talk to you soon :)

Kate Soh: Simple Moments, Sweet Memories 04.07.2022

Why is this episode special?: because it features my first guest, or because that guest is my youngest sister, Kate? ... the answer is YES. In this conversation, Kate tells me about her philosophy on how the simplest things-- from low-key family outings to picking up trash-- can have a lasting impact. She also confesses her possible addiction to trash & I repay her for being on the podcast wit...

Don't Wait to Shed Your Weight 30.06.2022

…and by “weight” I mean burdens— my sisters & I seriously deliberated this title. Please don’t take it the wrong way… haha! Alternative title, suggested by Kate: "If You Know... Let it Go!"

Welcome! 30.06.2022

This podcast started as a distant bucket list dream but I never thought it'd happen. However long this lasts, I'm excited to start! Thanks for listening :)
