Small State Big Takes

Recurring guest Eric Cross joins the program once again to talk fantasy baseball draft season. We got some big takes, some  buy/sells, and he even goes in and grades our personal keepers in our fantasy league. OH! And we get a couple of mid-episode trades. Talk about content!

After a long awaited reunion, Terry Cushman is back to talk Sox. This week is a Red Sox heavy podcast with the most optimistic Red Sox fan on twitter. We are also joined yet again by recurring guest Al. It's a crowded episode. Feelings were hurt. Statements word made. Blood was bathed. You don't wanna miss this one.

Arguments over former idols, who is on which side? Who is to tell. We also talk about baseball season being upon us, Mookie Betts being a trade piece, Tom Brady and Patriot FA targets, and more. Big Al joins us AGAIN, he's becoming a regular. We talk Wild Card weekend, old time stories, and Oliver has a godfather offer to Steve for a rematch on 1v1. What is it? Will it happen?

Al fills in for Josh as we wrap up the decade. We have some beef to settle, rant on about the Patriots, jump to some conclusions, and list our top 5 most disappointing teams of the decade. Tune in before it's gone forever!

Oliver went AWOL on the crew, leaving them to their own devices. This forced the remaining pod members to band together and record this pod with their own devices! Somehow, they found a way. Oliver's unbroken pod streak has been snapped.

We FINALLY got everyone back together for some regularly scheduled programming. We hope you enjoy what we cooked up this week. On the agenda we had: NFL week 7 takeaways, MLB Recap and WS thoughts, NBA Season predictions, Nerd moment. A whole lot of talk this wee from EVERYONE. It felt good to be back.

It appears Steve has accepted his defeat in the Grizzly vs Gorilla argument and quit.......unless??? We tackle the NFL thus far, MLB playoffs, and we have a new segment called Ramble Time With The Boys: Shooting the sh*t.

We send it way back again this week...with not much to talk about we bring on Connor to talk mainly about the fantasy baseball championship that he and Steve are facing off in. We also reminisce on more Little League legends and times that somehow we remember like it happened yesterday. Give it a listen if you wanna hear about it! Good talks and good laughs.

Dave Dombrowski got fired. What does this mean going forward? We discuss our expectations this season. We also break down some NFL week 1 and do a Top 10 positional breakdown for fantasy football. Wrapping up with some Antonio Brown reaction, these are some topics that bring out some passion between the crew.

And just like that, the NFL is upon us. We go through this NFL packed episodes with our award picks as well as going through and picking our playoff teams. Of course, we mention the Sox and talk quickly about their future (if there is one). Wrapping up, someone gets ripped for his taste in childhood cartoons. Uncalled for if you ask me!

We bounce back hard this week talking mostly about the current state and potential future of the Red Sox. The Andrew Luck retirement also got us thinking about crazy sports stories that happened. Strap in, this is one of our longest yet. Cheers! @SmallStateTakes
