While at work Des was approached by a wealthy man dressed poorly asking her to be his wife. He disclosed his finances, occupation and history to her. After saying no to him the plot thickened as she asked questions to try to understand why he has not been able to find someone for the “position.” T gives advice and analyzes the type of man he is from the information given.
