2021 Topps Series 1 baseball was loaded with talent and top baseball cards, but many of those players disappointed this season which led to major price drops. This off-season, you can target some of these players on buy-low options. Jo Adell, Dylan Carlson, and Jesus Sanchez might be on this list, but there are plenty of other players we talk to also!
