SIPS  Episode – A great flight of new whisky just now becoming available. Listening to Brent review international whiskey is so entertaining. It’s like watching a 5yr old do taxes. Without pants. Your next Birthday Cake should be Glenmorangie. We pronounce almost 89.5% of these products correctly.

SIPS  Episode –  Gin Cocktails (sounds of swooning) have been around forever and we venture down this path covering some of favorites. We’ve tinkered with the recipes to dial them in with modern products and techniques. Oh, you’ll be making that Corpse Reviver for breakfast quite soon after checking out this episode.

SUDS  Episode – Another price point discussion on high dollar and high octane mead from Dansk Mjød and Redstone.  A blind tasting discussion where we only know the price per oz. A nice mix of experience at the table from novice to expert. Shopping by price is the 2nd most important factor in a buying decision. SUDS  Episode – A California takeover with beers from 7 breweries. A real mix bag of stuff we thought we should like with some surprises. Drew does not like coconut, but loved the coconut beer. The mystery of Slow TV slips into the conversation and we end up wasting 30 minutes on nothing while drinking beer.

We continue to pick up the challenge of navigating isolation and in this case having no/few live sports. ESPN has revived The Ocho with a buffet of competitive sports you never knew existed. We discovered the unidentified beverage pairing preparation for these events and thought we could help everyone with this participation guidance.

SIPS  Episode – Distillers Art is a private bottler of some distilleries that you may have not run into just yet. This may be the only way some of these whiskies will make it to your local retailer. A stunning flight of 8 great whiskies. Be sure to add Blue Slurpee to your vast lexicon of professional tasting adjectives. Even better is trying to mention Kenny G while sipping Caol Ila.

SIPS  Episode –  A bunch of sourced whiskey from MGP. Nothing worse than having the Dead Man’s Hand. You should bet on this whiskey. Thank god the lawyers are not doing the math on what makes quality whiskey. Fred Noe walks in and crushes the conversation on quality with an interesting 15 year Knob Creek. Beam is sitting on the largest inventory of well aged whiskey in KY.
