It's the second week of February and continuing the theme of "Love...Crushes...and Tom Atkins" with George Romero's underrated gem, 2000's "Bruiser." The Mistress of the Menageries discusses finding one's identity, the human psyche (Id, Ego, and Superego), and unconscious thoughts and desires coming to the surface. 

February has started and, as we all know, new month means new theme, this month being "Love...Crushes...and Tom Atkins." And starting the month of love off with Carpenter's underrated gem, 1980's "The Fog." The Mistress of the Menagerie discusses fog symbolism and metaphors, covering up lies and hidden truths, and good 'ol revenge.

The "New Year, More Fear" theme is comes to an end and finishing the month of January with the 1980 Jamie Lee Curtis cult classic, "Terror Train." The Mistress of the Menagerie discusses gender identity, the abuse one suffers at the hands of a prank and how it can be carried years later, and Ruby Tombsday take on this horror cult classic. 

The new year has begun, and January is in full swing, and the theme of "New Year, More Fear" continues with the 1980 holiday horror cult classic, "New Year's Evil."
