The Visit is the film I review this week but does it still hold up almost 10 years after its release? This M. Night Shyamalan film has a dark twist and is quite suspenseful. Will you get inside the Shufflebox to clean it? Enjoy the episode!

This week Myth meets Movies as I review Jason and the Argonauts. Does the Greek epic translate well to film ? Does the story continue to transcend time? Upon release it was a box office bust but over the decades it is remembered fondly and even considered an all time great film. Enjoy this week’s show!

This week Marcello joins us for a Story Time about his recent experience with Dark Disco. The cult like advertisements aren’t what they seem and the experience is definitely different. This week I review the film Above The Film. This film is not only about basketball, but it also shows all of the difficulties that people face in their day to day life just to make it through to the other side. Tupac Shakur plays such a good villain in this film, I suggest that you check it out!

This week I welcome Marcello back to the show and we celebrate his birthday with a movie of his choice. This time we talk about Swingers and how it can be looked at as a night out with true friends and how friends can really help lift you up when you’re down. Check it out!

The book turned film adaptation of “The Serpent and The Rainbow” is the movie we look at this week and it was viewer recommended. This Wes Craven film delves into Voodoo practices and shows how evil people can become. Does it hold up all of these years later? Tune in to find out!

This movie was phenomenal and I highly recommend watching this film. This week I discuss the plot in its chronological order rather than its reverse chronological portrayal. I would love to revisit this film for a discussion episode in the future. Enjoy the show!
