We had a beautiful evening Enzo and me - Sound & Crystal Massage - listening to mantras - making wishes with candle flames. Lord Ganesha, Lady Tara , Lord Shiva is with us. How are emotions stuck and how to release them. I want this to be my challenge this week to be more intimately aware of triggers that cause negative emotions such as anger, shame, sadness, guilt etc and releasing them with a gentle loving heart in that very moment.
