Yes I'm a Gemini and born in June. As my birthday approached I felt this overwhelming crave for change. Change can be a scary thing, I used to think that but not anymore!!! Now I'm in the midst of some huge changes and wanted to share with you why I get excited about it rather being repelled by it.

Breaking the word down is, the ability to respond. We all have this power. Sometimes it can be swayed with people pleasing but when your really use that power, check in with yourself before making a choice or decision you can then respond in a way that aligns with you and simply, really benefits you and the life you're creating!

Its not true that the past will repeat itself even though the fear can creep up, our minds tell us its going to happen and our bodies react in turn. Choose the stories you listen to, choose what stories you act on and choose how you react. You have the power!

I have been practising embracing uncertainty for 6 weeks now being my very own case study and I wanted to share some realisations I've have to this date and what helped to open my perspective to embracing uncertainty rather than being afraid of it.

On my journey of self discovery there are so many tools and different methods to try. After all the hard work I'd done on that journey I reached the moment of really feeling the belief in myself. Which brings me to share how it happened and how empowering it felt that I created that myself.

This is something I chose for my holiday and something forced upon me when I got home, Day 11 now. I share with you how I've got through surrendering control, the challenging process and shedding light one the person I become with this and without this.

Another big topic for me where I am constantly learning and growing every single day! Being aware of how you talk to yourself is the first step in re-creating your self value.
