Taken from an ever-changing GoodReads list - the top 100 books people think you should read at least once in your lifetime... even if that was in high school.

My face is swollen like a balloon, which makes reading bad reviews all the better, right? I gave these books five stars last year, and these people do not agree.

Stealing more films to be buried with questions to chat about with my husband in preparation for his birthday weekend. Cheers to Kevin Bacon!

A fun little end to the summer in my reading. Everything I read or attempted to read in August 2025.

The top 100 books of the decade according to GoodReads... and spoiler alert - it started in 2020 and hasn't been a full decade.

2024 was not that long ago but I totally forgot about all of these books already. Revisiting my TBR from 2024 that I never got to, but hope to soon!

Revisiting what I was reading in 2020 just for the fun of it. Also updates on preschool and the craziness of life these days!

On the road to find my favorite singers - Avril Lavigne and MGK. 🤘

On GoodReads, there's a section called "people also enjoyed" where it tells you other books people read and possibly gave a high rating to, based on the book's page you're on. So I looked at the "people also enjoyed" for the five stars on my read shelf and found comp titles that have similar vibes. Maybe if I give a five star to a book, it's comp will be a five star as well?

Trying to guess all of the books I read in 2024 by their first line. Why do I ever think this will be fun? This is torture. Why is this so hard?

Deep diving into all of Kelly Clarkson's songs... just because?

All of the books I’m excited for that are being published in April, May, and June! ☀️

A bookshelf reorganization took place and though I hate that it’s no longer pretty, I’m hoping that it’s practical. I have about 70 regular books I own that I’ve never read (we won’t discuss the classics, etc.) so let’s get cracking. Pun intended?

Everything I did not finish, aka quit, during 2024. Some maybe I’ll revisit in the future but most will stay dead. 💀
