Trope is one of my favorite words! However, there are plenty of tropes that occur in books that make me roll my eyes. I thought this list would be easier to create but I definitely must have forgotten some. Let me know your least favorite book tropes!

I absolutely love reading books when I find out they’re being made into a movie so I thought this would be fun to compare books and their movies (or tv shows!) I randomly cover The Fault in Our Stars twice so just ignore that. What’s your favorite book to movie adaptation?

Surprise! The little baby we thought would never happen is somehow on it’s way! Shocked would be putting it mildly but I decided to ramble on about finding out, all the yucky stuff happening currently, and everything else baby related. I honestly ramble too much, get this girl a podcast. Oh wait.

Would you ship Brooke Davis and Chuck Bass together? First of all, yes. Second of all, what???? Rip it or ship it is a game where you choose characters at random and see if you’d ‘rip’ the relationship or ‘ship’ the relationship. Some of these pairings suck but some of them were perfection. 😙👌🏻

What if all of the Avengers actors blipped and someone else had to fill in? Who can throw hands like Natasha and fly through the air on a web like Spider-Man? My answers might be trash according to my brother, but I do think I have some good ideas! His are possibly more logical but who cares if it makes sense… right? Happy to say we both found the best spot for Leonardo DiCaprio, so it’s all good....

The Gilmore Girls readathon didn’t go exactly as planned. I read one book that I absolutely loved and think everyone else will too - but there’s one book everyone loved that I put on the same shelf as Where the Crawdads Sing. And a mini hostessing rant. Enjoy!
