This speed is usually reserved for voice recording only. Since the tape was recorded at the slowest speed, there's more room for drop outs in the audio, which you will hear from time to time...

Therefore, this is a mystery mix, with no knowledge of the DJ that made it. It's still a cool 3 hour mix. Most likely recorded by a S.F. DJ back in 1980. Enjoy!
