America and the world finds itself in a precarious moment. Racial tension around the world seems to be increasing but why does it seem like in America its reaching a fever pitch? Are we called to right the wrongs of the past even if we aren’t personally responsible? The answer may surprise you.

There is perhaps no greater need in the world today than for friends and families to find reconciliation. How far does it go? What does scripture call us to do to experience complete reconciliation?

This story is perhaps one of the most vivid in scripture. Had Zaccheus heard Jesus speak before? Or just heard of him? Had he heard that Jesus was so unlike those harsh leaders and teachers of Israel, who refused all hope on earth and in heaven for greedy men like Zaccheus. But this Jesus - He doesn’t reject but he actually looks for men like zaccheus - the publicans and the sinners.

What is prayer? If it doesn’t exist on any planet but ours and won’t exist in paradise, why do we have it now?
