Pastor Nate brings the message, "Last Words” from Joshua 22-24.  In this final sermon of our Joshua series the last words from Israel's leader come in the form of a challenge: "Choose whom you will serve". Every day, every moment we are making a choice as to whom we will serve. It's either God or self.  Pray that God uses His Word this Sunday to encourage His people to choose Him.

Pastor Nate brings the message, "A Surprising Inheritance” from Joshua 13-21.  Big chunks of Scripture outlining land allotments/inheritances to ancient Israel can seem insignificant and, quite frankly, boring for today's reader.  But all Scripture is profitable for us (2 Tim 3:16), and in this week's sermon we will see that God has a purpose for including this information in His Word to us. 

Pastor Nate brings the message, "Depending on God” from Joshua 9-12. Have you taken time to pray over the matters you are facing today?  We might aim for a quick answer with Gemini or ChatGPT or call a friend, but will you take a moment to seek God first?  Joshua 9-12 helps us keep life simple: go to God first and depend on Him to lead you through the day.    

Pastor Nate brings the message, "Who is Ultimate?” from Joshua 5:15 - 8:35.  When Joshua and the rest of Israel approached the Jordan, they trusted what god had told them.  When they approached Jericho, they had to trust what God had declared.  When God spoke of sin, some failed to trust His commands.  This passage brings us back to simplicity: trust what God has spoken…and obey.

Pastor Nate brings the message, "God Does the Impossible” from Joshua 3-4.  God delights in doing the "impossible" in order to bring glory to Himself.  For example, when the Jordan River was at peak height during the flood season, God chose to take Israel across it-on dry ground.  His powerful works are a reminder that God is carrying out a good plan in and through the lives of His people and noth...

Pastor Nate brings the message, "Faith of an Unlikely Convert" from Joshua 2. Who is the most unlikely person in your life to come to Jesus?  Joshua 2 shows us how God works on the heart and gloriously draws people unto Himself...which is what He did for you. 

Pastor Nate brings the message "God’s Gifts for the Journey” from Joshua 1.  This message begins a seven part series through the book of Joshua which is a testimony that God is Faithful to His promises.  For Israel the journey into the land is one that seems overwhelming, even impossible, but God has given them His Word and His Presence. God's gifts enable His people to endure. 

Pastor Stephen brings the message, "God's Authority in the Face of Death."  While there are many stories of Christian heroes who have suffered much for the Faith, many of us wouldn't want to voluntarily sign up for a path like theirs. Pastor Nate brings the message "Forgiveness from the Heart” from Matthew 18:21-35.  It’s impossible to live in this world without relational hurt and pain.  The question is this, how do Christians look to Jesus for help when someone sins against you?  This message shows how Jesus explains the important, life-giving practice of forgiveness.

Pastor Nate brings the message ""A Perplexing Resurrection" from Luke 24:1-12.  Christians all over the world celebrate the reality of the Risen Jesus.  We see how the women were perplexed at the tomb, how the angels had a proclamation of truth, and how the disciples had varying responses to the resurrection.  Our perplexities come to rest when we lay hold of the Risen Savior. 

Pastor Nate brings the message "The King Who Wept” from Luke 19:28-40. This message is the celebration of Jesus coming into Jerusalem just days before His death.  He is a King entering the capital city to shouts of praise.  Yet, He weeps over the blindness of their hearts. We have a Savior who has power to save and compassion for those who need Him.

Pastor Nate brings the message from 2 Thessalonians 2, ""What if We Got it Wrong?"  That was the question that worried the Christians in Thessalonica.  Granted, there are a lot of ideas about how the Lord will return.  But, Paul's aim in this chapter is to shed truth on the fact that Jesus will return, and Christians can stand firm until that day comes.

Pastor Nate brings the message, "The Hopeful yet Heavy Justice of God” from 2 Thessalonians 1:3-12.  It irks us when we see injustice happening around us. Pastor Nate brings the message, "Love and Labor” from 1 Thessalonians 4:9-12.  As Paul continues his letter to the Christians in Thessalonica, he teaches on the practical responsibilities of 1) love that is carried out in one another's lives, and; 2) labor that minds one's own business.  God then uses those distinct practices in our lives to impact those around us for His glory.
