The time of travel for the last couple of weeks made me ponder about the topic of LONELINESS. In this sharing I am reflecting with all you on some possible ways of addressing the problem for ourselves and others.

One year ago I started this journey of seeking God together with you through this podcast. It was a year of learning about myself and others. In this episode I describe my experiences of the past year of journeying with you.

This is the third episode describing the last Lenten practice: Prayer.  Prayer, which flows naturally from Fasting and Almsgiving and helps us to be people concentrated on others instead of ourselves. Prayer, which is an awareness of God's presence in our hearts and a disposition to serve.  

We continue our journey this Lent reflecting on the second lenten practice - almsgiving. Is it only about giving donation to the poor? How do we seek, see and find God in others and ourselves when we give.

I continue my sharing about Lent reflecting on the meaning of FAST. Is fast and dieting the same? What is the history of fast? What else can we abstain from this Lent?

This Episode is a general introduction to the Lenten reflections. I share with you what Lent is and is not for me and how my understanding about it changed over the years. I invite you to ponder about what it means for you.
