There comes a point in our podcast journey where we could run out of catchy episode titles, BUT NOT THIS WEEK! This week we look at 'emerging' from Covid and the things leaders need to be mindful of as we look forward. It's tricky isn't it.... you know, office being home and home being the office. How do we transition between one and the other. This week, JB and Ant kick around what leaders need to do, to lead this challenge, whilst also recognising it may need some personal sacrifice, too.

All the usual joys with Ant & JB as they explore the benefits of crystal clear messages. That and a rather challenging question which JB curveballs!

It sounds so simple. But is it?? If we treat our life as a leader on a stage, what do we want the audience (our clients) to think? What about our co-actors - what reputation do we want to leave with us being the lead!? Crazy we hear you say - well be confused no more. Oh - so we're in lockdown again in the UK - which can only mean ONE thing... we have to do our podcast recordings live! This will, joined by our virtual studio audience, we talk Trumpsition, Leading Remotely, and listener questions. 

Well isn't this exciting? A podcast, in front of an audience! In this episode Ant and JB try out a new way of recording things. Elements of comments, and questions from the audience bring it to life, as they answer listener questions, PLUS empathy + wisdom (a leadership essential), visualisation to lead AND a plane with lots of bullet holes!

In this episode, JB and Ant run out of time to answer listener questions - all because of JB's jacket potato. But don't let that put you off! Ant kicks around the notion that leadership are under invested in, with soft skills. JB talks about life long learning and explore 15 secrets of successful business leaders article in Forbes. It must be good tips, because they're all LOADED.

It's that time of year when JB (the same age as King Henry the 8th) celebrates his birthday by INSISTING we record the episode on his big day. The usual articles, listener questions and bants (plus a birthday reveal, if the parcel arrives in time)....

Exciting news listeners, JB is IN his new shed.
