Registered Dietician Chelsey joins us in episode 10 to discuss how we can create a well balanced diet. She answers our questions about current fads, debunks common misconceptions on nutrition, and encourages listeners to be kind to their bodies.

With Sarah and Brianna both fighting a cold we recap Sarah's speech and check in on our mental health after a week of sickness. 

In Episode 7 Brianna has a special surprise for Sarah that has one of them sweating. They detail their night at Wind Chime ball and some current events that directly impact the Breast Cancer community.
