Scott & Paul's Rambling Podcast

After a gap between episodes the guys are back for a two hour show full of rambling. We talk about WWE Stomping Grounds being better than expected, a strong episode of Frasier and how AEW being TV-14 will affect them going against WWE. Along the way the ramble about such things as American adaptations of British TV shows, bowling and the Job Squad. Stay tuned till the end to hear what's coming up.

Scott's watched Super Showdown & is not happy about it. Tune into to hear him rant about the card including Triple H vs Randy Orton & Undertaker vs Goldberg. From there they move onto more positive things in wrestling like Takeover 25 & Jon Moxley. There's also a great episode of Frasier involving Bulldog.

It's been a while since the last episode but that just means we have a lot to cover this week. We sat down with previous guest Shotgun Kieran Kelly ahead of his defence of the Scottish X Championship against old rival Leyton Buzzard for SWA. He talks the importance of this match with Leyton as well as being one half of the SWA tag team champions with Craig Anthony, what other titles he has his eye on and how it felt to take part in ICW's first ever King of Hawners tournament.

After some general chat about the Firefly fun house taking a dark turn & Undertaker vs Goldberg being announced for the next Saudi Arabia show the guys delve into their latest career retrospective. This time they look back at the long career of one of wrestling's best characters: Goldust. After a few weeks off from reviewing Frasier the guys cover the final 3 episodes of season 2. They analyse the episodes themselves before discussing their thoughts on season 2 overall and how it compares to season 1. Before that they have a chat about TV shows and what they've been up to including Scott recounting a wedding he went to.

This was supposed to be a show about the Superstar Shake up and Scott going to NXT UK. We talk about that but most of the show is spent discussing Easter and their favourite types of confectionery. Then there's an argument about Pineapple on Pizza that threatens to tear the guys apart.

With WrestleMania 35 so close the guys go in depth trying to predict the MANY matches on the card. As well as this they talk the major talking points from Raw & SmackDown as well as some older stuff talking about the latest additions to Paul's wrestling VHS collection. There is also the best Frasier review in a while. Note: This was recorded before NXT Takeover.

The guys friendship is tested as they go head to head to see who has the superior Frasier knowledge. Before that they talk nonsense about Friends & quickly rundown the main goings on in wrestling including who they think will win at Fastlane.

After rants on fashion and a shit awards set up as well as Scott's trip to Amsterdam the guys break down Elimination Chamber and what the results could mean for WrestleMania.

The guys go through a lot of names to find out who in the history wrestling deserves to be known as the biggest dick in Wrestling. Purely based on their real life actions. This is followed by a quick rundown of the Rumble and takeover cards as well as who they think will win.

This week after Scott recounts a particularly stressful week he recaps his trip to Blackpool for NXT UK Takeover. They also talk about changes to the Rumble card and look ahead to what they'd like to see in 2019 in wrestling. There's also a heartfelt Frasier episode.

Scott is joined by the Prodigy Leyton Buzzard to talk about the growth of Wrestling Experience Scotland as well as his upcoming match with Jackie Polo. He also talks his work in ICW as Joe Hendry's intern, his matches against Kieran Kelly and his goals for the future.
