Original Cindy's former lover breaks out of prison where she has unknowingly been used to test biological agents and convinces Cindy to run with her to Mexico. Max and Logan move one step closer after he lets her read a poem he wrote about her.  

Dave lets the critics know that hardcore science is not a necessity for his enjoyment of genre television fare. The  Scarlett Johansson  film  Lucy  forms the basis of his argument.

Logan's reluctance to bring down the walls he's built up continues as he tricks Max into taking a trip to the country so that he can pursue a lead. But once there, the tables turn and the sidekick turns into the superhero as they help a young boy regain the life he'd lost years before.

Logan's distress over his physical regression affects Max profoundly since she has no idea why he has been treating her so shabbily. There is hope though as Logan seeks out a former Manticore doctor that begins treatments to reverse the negative effects caused by those pesky antibodies. But perhaps the most significant plot twist involves Jacy, another X-5 kid, who turns up to assassinate Dr. Vert...

Logan regresses both physically and emotionally, and Zach's reappearance only complicates the situation between Logan and Max. Lydecker reappears to set a trap to bring the X-5's out into the open, but once again he underestimates his kids. Kendra moves out, and Original Cindy moves in, but neither Max nor Logan seems willing to make the first move in a relationship we've watched developing for so...

Changes are afoot for Faetalists as the guys begin implementing tweaks to the podcast. At its core though, the show remains the same as Lost Girl completes its five season run. As we return to our look at James Cameron's Dark Angel, Max is hunted by Red Series super soldiers intent on using her to correct their own inherent design flaws. Much to Max's dismay, Kendra's involved with Walter, and Original Cindy leaves Jam Pony for greener pastures. But it's Logan's improvement that highlights the episode as Max's Manticore blood seems to be regenerating his damaged nerves.

As we enter the long, dark vacuum that is the Season 5 hiatus, we have more questions than answers, but isn't that what all good serial dramas present their viewers? Who wants what? Why end the world? Who will save the day? Bo? Hades? Zeus? Lauren? Tamsin? Maybe Trick can look up something in his book of secrets.  Lost Girl Reddit Poll; Who are you rooting for?

The Ancients host a party in Bo's honor, but there's more to the story than meets the eye. Who's telling the truth in this potentially catastrophic tale remains uncertain, but the fact that we finally see Bo's father makes this a win of sorts. Two have gone down; will either survive? 

Zeus rains down destruction on the city, and now Bo and the crew must learn why and try to stop him from doing further damage. We learn The Ancients are actually the Greek gods and goddesses we learned about in school, but the question remains as to how Bo fits into the grand scheme of things. And while we could see it coming, watching Bo break Tamsin's heart reminded us of Hale's death scene with...

Bo and Tamsin go undercover as a cheerleader and cheerleading coach to investigate the mysterious death of a top football player. When the quarterback turns out to be a descendant of Hercules, the questions mount, and though Mark's relationship with Dyson seems to be improving, no one other than Bo understands the coming storm.  Season 2 Teaser

The fae cult story arc moves forward as three oracles, including Bo's acquaintance Cassie, gouge out their own eyes apparently influenced by the mysterious Heratio55. A lucky cat given to Bo as a birthday gift by Tamsin and Lauren proves to be anything but, and Dyson's son continues down a path that will ultimately bring an ass kicking at the hands of his dad.

We've spent so much time speculating about Bo's origin story that no one saw that the young stranger Mark would turn out to be Dyson's son. Three story lines appear in this episode, each of which has explosive potential. How long will Evony remain human? Are the ritual murders related to Hades? Will Dyson find out that Bo might not make a good big sister after all?

As  Lauren tries to become physically stronger now that she's a target, Bo suffers an unexplained weakness and total loss of her sex drive. She's stated her reluctance at being named the Chosen One, but this episode provides a nice parallel as Japanese fae family comes to blows over who's to ascend as the Exalted One. Some nice interaction between Dyson and Tamsin and Tamsin and Lauren.

While Bo knew her father tended toward the dark side, we were all surprised and somewhat shocked to find out she's the daughter of the god of the Underworld, Hades. Her step-mother Persephone helps Bo escape, but the events that transpire above ground upon her return, prove to be the most heart wrenching of all. 

Before Bo can rescue Kenzi from Valhalla, she must first obtain the second Hel shoe by demonstrating her rock climbing and rapid healing skills. But the episode is really about the choices facing the characters. Does Kenzi want to remain in Valhalla and marry Hale or return to the living and her former life with the gang at the Dal? Does Tamsin reject her Valkyrie sisters or join forces with her L...

As we eagerly await Season 5, the last for Lost Girl, members of three Lost Girl podcasts join to dissect Season 4 and predict what the series' final season will hold. A mix up with two Jam Pony deliveries nearly gets Normal definistrated, while Max attends Logan's cousin's wedding as his date. Do we detect hints of jealousy from Max when one of Logan's ex-girlfriends hits on him at the wedding?    

Logan and Max protect a government witness ready to testify against the mayor and his corrupt administration, but when the witness turns out to be Bruno, things don't turn out quite the way the parties expect. It also turns out that the Manticore kids aren't the only super soldiers in town, and Max and the others have more than Lydecker to worry about.

Logan's fear of intimacy gets in the way of Max's attempt to perhaps take their relationship to the next level, and he uses Eyes Only as his primary means of avoidance. They do bring down a child trafficking ring, but at what cost. In perhaps the episodes biggest WTH moment, we see Normal as a normal guy who just wants to connect with a girl, but it turns out to be a bit more complicated than that...

Lydecker steps up the pressure on Max by offering a $50,000 reward, and it takes Logan and Zach working together to extricate her from his pincers. Shippers certainly receive something to talk about in this episode, but it's the dream sequence that leaves most viewers scratching their heads as they attempt to make sense of what they've just seen.  Marvel Phase 3: Read it here.

We learn that Max's seizures aren't the only issues facing the kids from X-5 group at Manticore. Brin, one of the 12 that escaped ten years ago, calls Zach because she's afraid Lydecker's on to her, but her physical problems may be even worse. Like the viewers, Zach's curious about the relationship between Max and Logan.  USPS Batman stamps  

In her search find help with her seizures, Max attends a genetic engineering conference. Since the study's focal point is a young boy, she is keenly interested, but comes face to face with her worst nightmare. Donald Lydecker. Meanwhile, Logan struggles with the fact that he's wheelchair bound.  

Max finally gets a break and is reunited with Zach, but it doesn't take long to see that they've taken radically different approaches to life after Project Manitcore. Does Max exhibit a little jealousy when Logan's ex-wife comes back into his life?      

Sketch gets himself into trouble with the Russian mob, and it's up to Max and Original Cindy to bail him out. More of Max's abilities surface, while Logan works behind the scenes to help a daughter find information about the father who mysteriously disappeared years earlier.
