(Songbirds) Songbirds here in Chattanooga is looking for the next guitar legend.   The venue is now holding a contest online for kids 18 and younger to compete for the opportunity to play the vintage guitars at Songbirds in a private session with blues icon Joe Bonamassa - while of course, following safety measures such as social distancing. Bryan Shannon is brand director for Songbirds.

(Chattanooga Theatre Centre) The new executive director of Chattanooga Theatre Centre is a familiar face indeed:  Rodney Van Valkenburg. He told us how CTC is figuring how best to move forward in the coming months during the pandemic.

(The Chattery) When we say “racial justice,” what do we mean? And how do we begin to talk about it - in a genuine way? It can be a difficult and emotional conversation to have - and an online class this week at The Chattery aims to help. The class starts at 6 PM on Thursday.
