EPB will start disconnections for past due bills on October 1st, a week from Thursday. The disconnect service had been paused since the pandemic began to help people struggling to pay their bills. Angela Henry is with EPB.

This year’s commemoration of the Civil War Battle of Chickamauga will take place virtually, because of COVID-19. The programming will be hosted online from Friday through Sunday by Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park. Will Wilson is a ranger at the park.  

This weekend, Creative Arts Guild in Dalton holds its annual Festival of Fine Arts and Crafts - at a safe distance, of course. The festival starts Friday and runs through Sunday on the Guild’s campus. Amanda Brown is the Guild’s executive director.
