One of the biggest misconceptions is people are mainly JEALOUS and HATE on material things, popularity and money!! THAT IS NOT IT!! It is LOVE,RELATIONSHIPS, HEALTH,CONFIDENCE…..THOSE OF US THAT DO NOT NEED ANY VALIDATION NOR ACCEPTANCE!!

My whole entire work career 30 + years…..one thing I can clearly say universally across the board is most people/employees are scared to piss the boss, the manager, the owner off!! And they could give one fuck less how stressed, pissed off, frustrated, underpaid, taken for granted we are!! LET THEM FUCKIN BE MAD AND STAY MAD!!

For those that are not aware of how staggering the statistics are as far the suicide rate, when it comes to men versus women….. I encourage you to go check it out!! Men and their mental health gets ignored, overlooked, taken for granted….. UNTIL IT IS MOST LIKELY TOO LATE UNFORTUNATELY (WE NEED TO CHANGE THIS IMMEDIATELY)

Some of you have heard the term (17 going on 30) well for some of us it has been (15 going on 40) we started doing so much, so young and thrown into adulthood!!! That we want zero to do with the rat race, keeping up with the joneses , debt etc. LESS-REALLY IS MORE!!

WhT are your non-negotiables? What are you not willing to compromise? for? Who did you compromise for? Who and what are you not willing to negotiate and compromise? Or do you compromise for everything and everyone

NO MAN HAS POWER OR AUTHORITY OVER ME…..EXCEPT GOD HIMSELF!!

Throughout my life even as a young kid I never allowed men to talk down on me, disrespect me, degrade me, OR MUCH LESS PUT THEIR FUCKING HANDS ON ME !!! REGARDLESS OF AGE, TITLE, POSITION OR AUTHORITY!!

We don’t fit the narrative some of you have created in your mind and it pisses you off!! You can’t INSULT OUR INTELLIGENCE, WE ARE NOT ON COMPETITION WITH ANY OF YOU, WE CANNOT BE SUCKED INTO YOUR ARENA…..AND YOU CANNOT STAND IT!!

The dangling carrot that we will never reach or at the very least maybe a nibble…. This is so we can keep doing what we’re doing for other people who can gain from us doing exactly that!!

We often feed our own depression and demise!!’ Often times we are not even aware of it…. The music we listen to, people we listen to, lack of sunlight, lack of exercise, living in the past, no goals, no ambition!!!

Cold weather = vehicle, road, home, more clothing, pets, depression, laziness, obesity, domestic violence, substance abuse etc.

What is it this year? New year/new you? Getting in shape? Leaving that job? Leaving that unhappy relationship? Filing for that divorce? Finally standing up for yourself?? What does your history say?? What’s the data?? WHAT ARE THE FUCKIN FACTS???

My birthday thoughts closing in the next year on the mid century mark!!!
