Saturday Free School for Philosophy and Black Liberation

This week we discuss the looming economic collapse of the US economy and the issue of peace, and how this situation relates to the upcoming midterm elections. We also discuss the Saturday Free School's concept of a Fourth American Revolution and W.E.B. Du Bois's idea of the black proletariat.

This Saturday we discuss the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party and Xi Jinping's speech.

We update on the planning for the 10th anniversary of the Saturday Free School and assignment of tasks. We also discuss W.E.B. Du Bois's Black Reconstruction as a framework for the fourth American Revolution. We focus on Chapter 1, "The Black Worker." We update on the 10th anniversary of the Saturday Free School, including further discussing the political and organizational task before us.
