This week we talk to Franky from In Your Face Productions, a group bringing in bands from all over the West Coast to an awesome venue in Salinas. This all ages venue at the Epek Print-shop has been consistently putting on great shows and have plans well into the future. Listen to get all the updates. 

This is the fourth month that we are bringing you the Cherry Beans Open Mic during the First Friday Artwalk in Downtown Salinas and the house was packed for this one. There were people all over the cafe and even some that had to stand right outside the door! You don't need to worry about any of that as the whole show is in this one episode.

What do you do when a band from Pasadena stops by your city's artwalk to do a show before going on to play in San Francisco? You interview them! This is our interview with The Letters Home a Soul-Rock band from Pasadena that brought down the house at the XL Public House this Friday.

This week our guests are indie-pop band Lillie Lemon from Monterey. We talk about Lillie Lemon's, the person, start playing acoustic originals in Wisconsin coffeehouses to working with some of the most talented artists on the Central Coast. This episode was recorded at the Cherry Beans open mic event on Friday September 6, part of the Oldtown Salinas Artwalk. The 3 hour show was condensed down to under 2 hours of acoustic R&B, poetry, electric pop, and some sort of duck shaped kazoo thing.
