Being on a team is hard.  Running a team is harder but I wanna share some tips that start with the people you want on your team.

I started in this space with a scarcity mindset not buying in to the simple fact, there is enough success to go around.  Looking back I see how debilitating it was thinking to each their own.  I've come to learn the more abundant mindset you have, the more success will follow.

Too many sales reps are concerned by the numbers, by the stats and things they can't control.  The moment you make a plan to start focusing ONLY on the things you can control the sooner you'll get to your goals.

One way to shift your mindset from negative to positive is intentionally taking the time to show gratitude.  Stop, breathe and reach out to someone who is struggling.  When you find someone to help you will be reminded that you are perfectly fine and things will always workout.

Continuation with our amazing Haven Houston of last weeks episode.

In 2009 I broke the female rookie record at my company with 316 serviced pest accounts.  It stood for 11 long years until young beauty, Haven Houston, came around and blew it out of the water.  This was after making sandwiches at Subway and having zero door to door experience. Yes you read that right, SUBWAY.  She's a powerhouse and I'm excited to share her story with you.  

4 weeks after giving birth to my youngest I was back out on the doors.  This episode scratches the surface to my journey of self, the story behind Mr. Nubs and how my outlook about myself and the doors had changed completely.
