I have been looking for a very specific boat and model to purchase. And I found it! We struck a deal, I was excitedly going through the fun of naming it, and what graphics/paint colors to use, and picking the race schedule, and getting crew together and, and, and... The deal got killed. The owners decided not to sell - boo! So I found a couple others. Join me in my misery...

No, I didn't quit Sailing Anarchy, nor quit doing podcasts, I quit racing sailboats! I'm done, finished, burnt out, tired, old - you name it. In my own little way, I've been there and done that and that's quite enough! I'll still be commenting, and complaining, and critiquing, but ya won't see me on the race course unless it's on a powerboat!

Today Scot's guest is Ronnie Simpson, who sadly had his  Global Solo Challenge around the world cut short with a dismasting in treacherous waters. The story is incredible, so give it a listen!
