The Roscommon Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals have appealed to the public to let them know about unwanted pets after a plastic bag was discovered earlier in the week with the remains of several puppies inside. Brigid Banham is the co-ordinator of the Roscommon SPCA and she has been talking to Seamus Duke.
