Gaelic Football will have new rules from the 1st January 2025. The FRC proposals were voted in by counties last weekend. So will these rules change the game for the better? Local GAA journalist Kevin Egan has been giving his view and also about last weekend's dramatic Connacht Club final between Coolera Strandhill and Padraig Pearses.

In the wake of the General Election it is now looking likely that the next government will be a coalition of Fianna Fail, Fine Gael and a number of Independents. Emmett Corcoran has been speculating as to what might happen with Seamus Duke.
