God longs to dwell with His people. So much so that he sent his only son Jesus to die for us. God's design is always intentional and purposeful, and from the moment that Adam and Eve sinned, to his instruction to build the tabernacle, God knew that the blood of Christ would be the only way to permanently remove our sin so that we could dwell in His holiness.
