Hope. Where do you go when you need it? We discuss where we look for it and where we find it. There are lots of things out there right now that certainly can take hope away. We think there’s a lot more out there though, if you just know where to look.

We are joined this week by Steve and Eric. We take a close look at the definition of the words "work" and "hero". It's in relation to a picture that went viral this week. It pairs well with our conversation we have with Steve and Eric about their "work day" over in Afghanistan and Iraq.

The V.A. has some new numbers on veteran suicides and it's really nothing new. We talk about that this week. Also we welcome Kendall and Dennis to the show. Dennis tells us about his journey on his road to hope and how it brought him back to his children.

We talk about a terrible story of an officer taking his own life. We have Eric and Philip joining us this week as well. Phillip tells us about his time in Afghanistan and about his journey on the road to hope.

The NFL started up this week and it couldn't have been a worse start for them. It's national suicide awareness month. Unfortunately we have some very somber stories to share with you all regarding veterans we lost to suicide this week. We are joined by Erick and Oliver who shares his story on his journey on the road to hope.
