We conclude our journey through The Lord’s Prayer but considering what it means to pray “Yours is the Kingdom, the Power and the Glory”.

It’s the first Sunday of Advent. At our ALL IN gathering Ruth encourages us that the Hope we have in God means that even in the waiting we can grow to become more like him.

This week Trevor explores the importance of knowing that we are in a spiritual battle and draws from the story of Jesus’ temptation in the desert to look at how we can take a stand and overcome the enemy.

This week we learn how, with God’s help, we can overcome temptations: both the external pressures of the world and the internal impulses of the flesh.

Trevor continues our journey through the Lord’s Prayer and looks at the contrast found in the line “Forgive us our debts”. A contrast that brings both a sober reality but also a wonderful hope.
