Jesus is full of love and ready to embrace all who will receive him.

As we celebrate the Good News that God came to the earth as a child and receive this child as our King, we become the children of God! This Christmas, let's receive Jesus as our King!

At Christmas we celebrate that Jesus birth was (and still is) Good News that can bring great joy to all.

This Christmas we want to receive and offer the kind of peace that Jesus offers, a peace that our earth so desperately needs. This morning we're baptising Nikita and Joseph. We can't wait to hear their faith stories!

This Sunday morning we're baptising Lexi! Praise God! We'd love you to join us and come back for all the Neighbourhood Christmas festivities at night too!

Often, we can be sceptical of monarchs, but Christmas offers hope that there is a king who is very, very good for us!

This morning we're holding our AGM after our 9:00am gathering, and in our service, we want to be seeing how God is leading us into 2026 and beyond.

God seems to be doing something new in and through our church at the moment. We strongly believe that if this is true, God will be speaking to and leading all of us. We're looking forward to spending time this Sunday, responding to God's voice together.

This morning we're looking forward to hearing from Robbie Townsend from Baptist World Aid who will share with us about the impact of our partnership project in Cambodia, plus how we can be supporting vulnerable people around the world this Christmas through their Christmas Appeal and child sponsorship program.

All Scripture is filled with the living breath of God and as we meditate on God's Word personally and read and live God's Word in community, we are shaped to become like Jesus and equipped for all kinds of service in his name.

This morning we're exploring how we can allow space in our lives to hear the still, small voice of God and to have times in small groups and worship gatherings to be open and responsive to the Spirit's leading.

In prayer we are opening ourselves up to the presence of Jesus in our midst and as we do, we are transformed and unified and see clearly what Jesus is doing.

As we explore the second chapter of the book of Haggai we're invited to: "Remember the promise of the Kingdom coming, remain faithful and wait in hope for the Chosen King." Haggai 2:1-23

A pattern is revealed throughout the whole Bible where humans flourish as they stop to enjoy and trust in God's provision. We're invited to enter into the good life here and now as we anticipate ultimate rest when God makes all things new. Mark 2:23-27

Jesus was nourished, even when he was hungry, as he obeyed the will of his Father. Jesus invites us too, into this same lifestyle of worship and mission. John 4:1-42

Jesus said that he came to bring fullness of life to all. He desires that none of us would be robbed of this life but experience his leading and freedom in our lives here and now!

Jesus invited a rich young man to sell his possessions, give to the poor and follow him. For each of us, we're invited into the good life as we lay down what we treasure most and choose Jesus and his Kingdom first.

Jesus invites us to seek times of solitude with God the Father. In these times, the noise of life can fade away and we can experience God's presence, perspective and power.

Jesus teaches us that when we hear and actually do what he taught, we're like a wise person who builds a house on sturdy ground.
