We are taking a break from our series and instead setting our focus on what is ahead: the future of River of Life Church. Pastor Denny is looking ahead to the great things in store for River of Life by remembering the great things God has done in the past. We are finishing up our series on altars; creating moments to experience the power and intimacy with the Holy Spirit. This week Kyle is sharing on the ways we hold tightly to our lives and all that is in it, and how this will only lead to destruction. Once we surrender, we open up a life of abundance found in Christ.

This week we have a special guest. Matt McPherson (Matthews Archery, McPherson Guitars). Pastor Denny and him sit together and discuss his life, his success in business, and ultimately, what he attributes all of this to: His faith in Jesus Christ. We hope you enjoy their conversation!

The Spirit of God is often missed, not because He isn't talked about, but because we limit His capabilities and restorative grace in our life. We are on week two of our Christmas season, The Gift. The gift of life is life in Jesus, but also recognizing the gift isn't earned. Our gift from Jesus brings life, but we often don't receive the gift with open and ready hearts. Pastor Denny walks us through this process, and the hope we have in Christ!

The enemy of our souls constantly barrages us with things to fear, doubt, and divide us from the good and perfect will God has for us.
