It’s time to feel groovy! For Episode 75, Joel and Andrene peruse 1997’s “Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery”. Powers (Mike Myers) is a British spy and ladies’ man who cryogenically freezes himself in the 60s and emerges in the 90s to battle with his nemesis Dr. Evil (also Myers).

For Episode 74, Andrene and Joel critique 1997’s “Soul Food”. Big Mama (Irma P. Hall) is the matriarch of her family; she has held their unit together for decades with the help of weekly soul food dinners. When the meals stop after she falls into a coma, the tension among her three daughters grows, jeopardizing the relationships of the entire family.

Due to unforseen circumstances, Andrene and Joel have decided to switch things up with a mini episode covering a 90s TV show! This week, they assess the pilot episode of 1993's "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers". When evil witch Rita Repulsa threatens the safety of Angel Grove, five teenagers are recruited to save the city by warding off Rita and her henchmen.

For Episode 73, Joel and Andrene cover 1994’s “Léon: The Professional”. Léon (Jean Reno) is an Italian hit man who reluctantly takes in 12-year-old Mathilda (Natalie Portman) after her family is murdered. A special bond is formed when Mathilda becomes Leon’s protégée in an effort to avenge her family’s death.

For Episode 72, Andrene and Joel view 1991's "The Addams Family". In order to help his mother steal from the Addams Family, a man (Christopher Lloyd) pretends to be Fester, the long-lost brother of Gomez Addams (Raul Julia). However, he quickly learns that the Addams are not a "normal" American family and must adjust to their macabre ideals and dangerous household.

For Episode 71, Joel and Andrene revisit 1995's "Toy Story". Woody (Tom Hanks) is a toy cowboy who becomes jealous when Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen), a new toy astronaut, is gifted to his owner Andy. When the toys become separated from the safety of Andy's home, they must work together to establish trust and find their way back.

Early Release! For Episode 70, Andrene and Joel critique 1997's "As Good As It Gets". Melvin Udall (Jack Nicholson) is a writer with obsessive compulsion disorder who offends and bullies anyone in his path. After developing a crush on his favorite waitress Carol (Helen Hunt), Melvin attempts to learn how to love and form lasting relationships with others.

For Episode 69, Joel and Andrene address 1998's "Belly". Sincere (Nas) and Tommy (DMX) are childhood friends who have made a good living in NY by robbing people and selling drugs. When Sincere starts to question their lifestyle, Tommy must make decisions about the man he wants to be.

For Episode 68, Andrene and Joel consider 1994's "Interview with the Vampire". During a lengthy conversation with a reporter (Christian Slater), Louis (Brad Pitt) recounts the story of his life after being transformed into a vampire in the 18th century by fellow bloodsucker Lestat (Tom Cruise).

For Episode 67, Joel and Andrene joke about 1999's irreverent comedy "American Pie". Eager to enter adulthood, a group of friends make a pact to lose their virginity before they graduate high school. The guys each take different approaches to do the deed and learn life lessons along the way.

For Episode 66, Andrene and Joel scrutinize 1994's "The Shawshank Redemption". After he is wrongfully convicted and sentenced to life in prison for murdering his wife, Andy Dufresne (Tim Robbins) befriends fellow inmate Red (Morgan Freeman) and learns to make the most of the ongoing torture in his new situation.

For Episode 65, Joel and Andrene investigate 1996's "Mission Impossible". After a covert operation ends with the death of his boss, American agent Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) becomes the prime murder suspect. Now a fugitive, Hunt must retrieve a confidential computer file from the CIA to expose the spy within his agency and clear his name.

For Episode 64, Andrene and Joel rewatch 1992’s “FernGully: The Last Rainforest”. In this magical world, fairies live separate from humans in an Australian rainforest. When human loggers and the evil pollutant force of Hexxus (Tim Curry) threaten the existence of the rainforest, a fairy named Crysta (Samantha Mathis) must rally the other fairies to fight to save their home.

For Episode 61, Andrene and Joel watch 1995's "Waiting to Exhale". Trying to juggle careers and family, four women lend support to one another in their failed attempts at finding successful romantic relationships with men.

For Episode 60, Joel and Andrene cover the 1997 slasher "I Know What You Did Last Summer". A year after running someone over with a car and dumping the body, 4 teens try to escape their past when one of them (Jennifer Love Hewitt) receives a letter warning them that their actions from the previous summer are known.

For Episode 59, Andrene and Joel highlight the protagonist’s prepubescent plight in 1995’s “Welcome to the Dollhouse”. Dawn Wiener (Heather Matarazzo) is an awkward middle schooler who tries to navigate being bullied in school and developing her first crush while being the middle child to a smart older brother and adorable younger sister.

For Episode 58, Joel and Andrene give remarks on 1992's "A League of Their Own". In 1943, gender norms are ignored when sisters Dottie (Geena Davis) and Kit (Lori Petty) join an all female professional baseball league during WW2. However, the siblings struggle to keep their rivalry from hindering their team's success.

For Episode 57, Andrene and Joel analyze 1996's "Romeo + Juliet". In this modern take of a classic Shakespeare play, star-crossed lovers Romeo (Leonardo DiCaprio) and Juliet (Claire Danes) are teens from warring families. Against their relatives' wishes, they fight to make the relationship work, risking their lives in the process.

For Episode 56, Joel and Andrene cover 1998's "Rush Hour". When a Chinese diplomat's daughter is kidnapped in LA, the FBI decides to investigate. However, despite orders to stay out of it, Hong Kong Detective Inspector Lee (Jackie Chan) and LAPD Detective Carter (Chris Tucker) team up to solve the case and save the girl.

For Episode 55, Andrene and Joel dig into 1993's comedy "Cool Runnings". Loosely based on a true story, the movie follows a Jamaican sprinter (Leon) who is disqualified from the Olympics.
