Another week has passed and what a week. A quieter end to the week but that’s no bad thing. Lots of worship prep, hanging out with people and generally pondering about forgiveness, transformation and the future.

Welcome to another episode of the new twice weekly format. I mention no rhythm to ministry in the podcast but maybe there is more than I realise. Something to ponder. It is Holy Saturday. Another day off that didn't quite happen. But it has been a good day and been full of blessings. It is Holy Monday and also Easter Assemblies for our local high school. They get to come down to Church - poor souls got soaked. It was good fun and seemed to be well received. For ministers we don't get to celebrate these special times of the year in linear time. It is interesting and challenging at the same time. Scripture pushes me to be honest about how I feel the ministry we are called to can, at times, be manipulated by the good intentioned. And that I too must be honest about how I feel about other workers in the field especially when they are different to me.
