We are not to be complacent but to be content and be free from greed, dropping anything/everything of earthly value behind to focus on God. Focusing on material possessions alone will lead to spiritual poverty.....1 Timothy 6:6-10....

God will not tell you to sacrifice your child/children today because of the sacrificial gift of our lord Jesus Christ......but have you obey God in sacrificing your busy times, possessions, compassion, etc??

Today we look,study and learn from Abraham's complete obedience....how do you feel about going somewhere for the first time even if you know where you're going? Abraham didn't know where he was going but he obeyed....Genesis 12:1-4.....

Today as we look at lessons learnt from Noah's complete obedience, we could see that we may have to stand alone in order to obey God as obedience is not a very popular way of the world/church today....

Do you rationalise disobedience like king Saul did in 1 Samuel 15:22-24 and tried making up by sacrificing to the lord? God wants our complete not partial obedience.....
