This season can be a very dark one but let me remind you friends, it doesn't last forever.......it changes.....God intends to humble you this season, 1peter 5:6 and also make you stand......

Seasons: the demonstration or time that shows life is organised in a pattern of cycles. We will be looking at different seasons of life we tend to find ourselves as we start with the season of REST......Text is from ecclesiastes 3:1-8

With most of not fully aware of what had taken place at salvation, we tend to overlook discipleship,................ we are to desire, hunger, thirst and seek after something so different and much more than our old/sinful habits was offering.....Hebrews 11:13&16.....

You might want to have a second thought about salvation, for the greatest tragedy that can befall anyone is to think they're saved only to discover after death that they were actually not and had lived a wasted life after all....Mark8:36....

Seeing complaining will have a negative effect/impact on our love for Jesus, the apostle Paul didn't fail to include admonitions on it in his letters:Philippians 2:14&15.....we can stop murmuring/complaining and start giving thanks....Psalm 50:14&15....💃🎸🎷

Complaining is the speaking out or giving expression to one's dissatisfaction/discontent about something.....we'll be learning from what happened to the Israelites today when they complained during their time in the wilderness;Exodus 16:6-9, Numbers 11:1-6.....

Psalm 27:4, David desired to know God above all else, the same goes for the apostle Paul in philippians 3:10......Have you prayed such prayers before? Because God loves to honour such.....our hunger and thirst for God MUST be intentional!

Maintaining and strengthening your relationship with God calls for meditation on His word otherwise, it won't last.....it's not magic! It has to be intentional.....Psalm 25:4-5,12&14. This friendship is for those who fear and revere the lord and He has promise to give us insight,........to make us stand....👭👨‍👩‍👧‍👧👨‍👩‍👦‍👦....

John 15:13-15,....how cool is it to know that Jesus is the initiator of this friendship we're on about.....it makes it more special! I mean to think that the king of glory invites us to be friends with Him and become part of His big family.....👨‍👩‍👧👪👩‍👦‍👦👨‍👧‍👦👨‍👧👨‍👦‍👦👨‍👦

1John 2:15-17....Has your love for God grown cold because of worldly desires? It can be re-kindled and you can choose to have an eye for God in all that you do starting from today....

The prophets of old were men of courage,you know? We have many of them but today, we look at the life of Joshua regarding courage....Joshua 1&2,6&7,9....Moses the man of God had passed the baton to Joshua.....was he courageous after all? The answer lies in Joshua 24:15....study with us...

Giving/surrendering your life to Jesus is the starting point, taking up your cross daily to follow Him is another although we receive daily mercies as long as we have a willing heart....Luke 14:27-33.....how are you doing on the journey?

Courage:willingness/readiness to proceed regardless of the cost....have you been courageous like Jesus' disciples who left their all to follow Him? Mark 1:16-20.....following Jesus takes courage,.....join and study with us to see what we mean....

Matthew 5:39-47 gives what i call an ouch reaction for everyone of us....we've got some great but difficult advice in there.....this is where some people find out it's not easy being a christian.....though a hard chunck of food to swallow for many, the saviour(Jesus Christ) says to do it....are you willing to go the extra mile?

How do you respond to the awesome wonders of God friends? Do you look for them at all throughout your day or you have just grown accustomed to the daily rhythms of life? Psalm 77:11-14....this second half of the year, why not the magi/wise men look for God,.....one thing is sure, you'll find Him....Jeremiah 29:13

Exodus 3:3-4,....not until Moses turned to behold the sight did God called unto him.....having seen many wonders of God in couple of chapters later, Moses declared how great God is in doing wonders,...Exodus 15:11....Are you missing something?(wonders)maybe?

Have you ever wonder about the wonders of God? Have you ever thought of the kind of hands that flung stars into space and the kind of voice that spoke things into being? Join us today as we declare His many wonders:Psalm 19:1

John 15:1-4,6,8,16....bearing of fruit in the Christian life is as a result of our obedience to the word of God and the promptings of the Holy Spirit...it requires that we abide in the vine(Christ) while we seek to do things outwardly that demonstrates we have been made new in Him....study with us....

Miracles still happens, therefore do not despair....God parted the red sea once for Moses and the Israelites in Exodus 14:21 and He did it again for Joshua in Joshua 3:15-17......we have so many examples like that....God is able!

What is your desperation that needs a move of God? Don't give up yet,....learn from Matthew 5:25-34 and be determined like that woman. Let your desperation move you closer to Jesus, the only saviour....don't look elsewhere....

Listen and have a re-think about where your mission field might be. It may be closer than you think.....we thank God for missionaries in the past and today.....more grace and strength to all proclaiming the gospel of our lord and saviour, Jesus Christ in truth.....

Moses, the humble man of God was close to giving up several times because of his disappointment at not just the Israelites he was leading through the wilderness but at his very own siblings (Miriam and Aaron) who happened to be his co-workers....Numbers 12:2-8,11-13.

The story of Joseph remains a classic example of how God uses disappointment in our lives to accomplish His own good purposes. Join us as we study together again....

Disappointment is when expectations are failed to be met which can result to sadness, anger and discouragement.....have you disappointed anyone? Have you been disappointed? Join us as we study together places where our disappointment can surface....

It can be described as God's response to human suffering or feeling of deep sympathy towards another.....Why should we be compassionate? Listen and study with us.....😍
