In the first half of chapter 4 of Ruth, we find out how Boaz uses the legal system to redeem Ruth and Naomi. As we study it we see how Boaz's willingness to use his privilege to help others is a pointer to something much greater than Boaz could've ever imagined.

In chapter 3, Naomi hatches a plan to help Ruth find security for her life, but Ruth has a plan of her own. Ruths actions prompt us to consider what it means to be a part of the family of God in our own daily lives.

In the second half of Ruth 2, we find that God has not abandoned his loving loyalty to Ruth and Naomi. When we dig deeper we discover how God shows this hesed love to us.

Pastor Julie examines Ruth 2:1-13 and explores the generosity of Boaz and how that relates to Christ and our current lives.

Psalm 75 is about God the just judge and brings up all kinds of things we can find discomforting.
