In the starter to our newest sermon series, "Carols," Pastor Edward Paz explores how to find supernatural joy in the midst of pain during the holiday season. The sermon also highlights the three marvelous works of God – His revelation, memory, and retribution – and encourages listeners to find joy in these aspects, knowing that God's salvation, faithfulness, and justice are assured.

As we hear the story of William Cowper and John Newton's friendship, and read from Psalm 40, Pastor Jim unpacks what we can learn from these 2 poets and Scripture about the voice that's given to our depression, what to do, and what God gives us in the midst of it all.
