REQ and Jonny talk about the path of beauty - the way to liberation throught the senses. Recorded at Jonny's flat. It's a bit sonically boring compared to our other recordings - we should have left the door open to get some background sound!

This episode is the first of season 3 The first of a series of practices for contemplation of awareness. Jonny talks through a meditation going from breath to body in order to highlight the awareness that sees them... A rather long episode with talk of love and contemplation recorded at Jonny's new flat.

REQ and Jonny upstairs at Haus on the Hill Season 2 ended unnanounced a couple of weeks ago but here is the Christmas Special before Season 3 starts in the New Year.... Virgin Mary, baby Jesus and Jonny as Santa....

This episode was recorded in October in the front of the Land Yacht at the top of queens park... REQ and Jonny start without a plan and inevitably talk about spiritual practises and compare paths whilst fishing around for a suitable way to end the recording - perhaps in a kind of crescendo....

Jonny went to Mallorca to walk and sleep under the stars... This episode was recorded in the churchyard of St. Lawrences in Falmer overlooking the village pond. The idyll is not exactly enhanced by the constant traffic on the A27 that cuts the village in two.

Jonny bought some Tarot cards and has been experimenting with them - in this episode they meet upstairs at Haus on the Hill and Jonny explain his reasoning for this new adventure and how it came about.
