Andrew shares a message for the New Year.

The reality of Christmas is that Jesus was a real person, flesh and blood, bones and hair. He was a real person, not a myth, or a fable, or a nice story.

We are called to acceptable worship, to a spiritual service which is acceptable to God. And in order to do that, we have to have a kind of worship that is not conformed to this world. We are to worship God in a way that is reflective of minds that have been transformed, by being renewed by the Spirit of God through the Word of God to be consumed with the will of God and not the things that appeal...

There simply has been no transcendent vision of reality, no cosmic story to make sense of this earth other than Jesus.

With God, nothing is impossible, God can do immeasurably more in your life, and the good news is He wants to. That’s why he came. That’s why he was born that’s why he lived a sinless life, that’s why he went to a cross to free us from our sin, so our lives could be free and full and forgiven and forever.

There is a sense that part of the whole point of being saved in the present is so that we can play a vital part in the eternal plan and purpose of God.

The Bible tells us that a time is coming, at the end of this age, when everyone is going to be judged. But in order to understand judgment, we have to understand justice. The concept of justice biblically is the state of everything being in its proper place and functioning the way it’s meant to.

A person is a psychosomatic being, so the soul without the body is not a whole person, nor is the body without the soul a whole person. But the soul is the life of a person, it animates, it causes life. And the soul continues to be alive when a person dies. And because it’s alive, it perceives.

The experience of glorification will encompass our entire existence. We will mirror Jesus, be like him, our fallen sinful nature removed, no longer susceptible to temptation and sin, totally free to obey God perfectly.

Salvation is more than just a not-guilty verdict. It is literally a process of God transforming us to be more like Him – a process where God makes us increasingly more holy  and  righteous. It is a call to holy living.

If you have ever wondered “how is it that I am saved? This is what the doctrine of justification explains. How it is that we are saved. It explains what makes us right with God.

Although salvation is a definitive act, which for many of us was a past event, what we must remember is that it’s not just a mere one-time event. Salvation is a process. It’s a whole way of life that places us within God’s saving grace. 

Parents are the most influential people in a child’s life and parents have been charged by God with the primary responsibility to disciple their children in the way of Jesus.

The benefits of hope should not be restricted to just our own joy and peace. We must overflow with hope to others!

A strong family unit provides a sense of belonging, support, and love, creating a foundation for a happy and fulfilling home.

Christian Parenting is about forging the character of your children for their journey of life. It’s the shaping and forming of Christlike character.

What do you do when you find yourself in a troubled marriage? Is it possible to recover hope for a relationship? No matter what has happened. No matter how much water has gone under the bridge. Marriages in trouble do not have to break up. It is possible to rebuild your marriage and to have God’s blessing on it.

God has appointed Christian marriage and the faithful enduring love of Christian marriages to be a pointer, to shout to an unbelieving world, to shout to an unbelieving church that there is such a thing as a love that never fails.

If the selection of an appropriate partner is an important factor in the establishment of a long-term successful marriage, then the wise choice would be to think this through carefully - and if you're a Christian, prayerfully, always aware of the importance of the choice you're making.

There is only one way to endure the race marked out for you. And that is not to fix your focus on what’s happening around you, not to let the brokenness of this world get the better of you, or the culture become a part of you. No, fix your focus on Jesus grow and mature from the discipline of a loving Father , and run the race with endurance.

Biblical faith is not just a matter of having faith. Biblical faith considers the object of your faith. Christians place their faith in God. Faith simply receives what God has done. Faith trusts in Jesus.

In the battle of life and the times when we doubt our faith the promises of God are a firm and secure hope to cling to. If you have decided at some point in your life to follow Jesus, don’t give up. His promise to you, if you stay connected, is all that the Kingdom will bring at the end of this age and life eternal.

Our hope and our confidence is in the fact that he is able. The author of hebrews calls our attention ultimately to Jesus. The writer says because Jesus is our holy and indestructible High Priest who is at this moment standing in heaven, praying for me and praying for you.

Why do we believe God has spoken in the Bible? Because of how different the message is, how radically unique the belief system is, how uncommon its ethics are, compared to the culture of the day. The Bible is an intervention from the outside.

The Lord uses adjustments to bring us back into alignment with Him and the plan He has for our individual lives. At times, these changes may make sense and seem easy enough. But inevitably, there will come a day when the Lord will call you to leave something or pursue something that may not make sense. A change that will leave you uncertain and honestly scared because it is unlike anything you hav...
